Learn Laugh Heal is a 4 to 12 week digital media production program where students create their own podcast from start to finish, in both audio and video. They don't just sit in front of a mic. They run the whole production.

What students learn:

    • Audio production: recording, microphones, and sound engineering

    • Video production: cameras, lighting, and filming a video podcast

    • Editing: cutting and polishing their audio and video into a finished episode

    • Content: choosing topics that matter to them, writing questions, and planning an episode

    • On the mic: hosting, interviewing, opening a conversation, and listening actively

What students walk away with:

    • A finished audio and video podcast episode they're proud to share

    • Stronger communication and writing skills

    • Confidence speaking in front of others

    • Teamwork, problem-solving, and real media skills they can use beyond school

Available for grades 4 through 12 in schools across all five boroughs. Learn Laugh Heal is an approved NYC DOE vendor and M/WBE certified.
